- Egor LushovInstructor at the Cut'n'Color AcademyOriginally from Kaliningrad — the westernmost point of Russia. I graduated from the Baltic Federal University with a degree in Public Relations.
One day, tired of grey skies and rainy days, I decided to change direction and moved to sunny Barcelona to dedicate myself to the art of hairdressing.
For over 10 years, I’ve been working in this field, growing from a stylist to a top-level professional. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to develop my own style and share my knowledge as an educator at the International Academy of Hairdressing Art.
My professional journey includes collaborations with renowned top stylists and participation in high-level creative projects. I’m especially inspired by working with blondes and complex coloring techniques — creating clean, refined shades and tailored color solutions for each individual client. - Oksana IfanovaFounder of the Cut'n'color AcademyI was born in the small seaside town of Klaipeda, Lithuania. In 2012, I moved to Moscow, where I discovered my passion for hairdressing. I began my training at the Dolores Academy, fell in love with my craft, and decided to immerse myself fully in the world of beauty.
For over 12 years, I have been learning, growing, and expanding my knowledge of the beauty industry, and I have no intention of stopping anytime soon. I studied at the best institutions in our field: Vidal Sassoon, Aldo Coppola, Tony&Guy, and took master classes from leading experts in our field around the world. I also studied trichology and Japanese scalp massage to cover all aspects of hairdressing.
I collaborated with L’ANZA and Wella professionals, teaching and sharing my expertise with students. I was inspired by their success and realized that this was my calling in life.
I have been living in Spain since 2021, and I started my journey with my own studio in Lloret de Mar. Now, fate has presented me with the opportunity to implement an incredible and exclusive project for a hairdressing academy and salon. - Olga LebedinskayaCreative Coloring course teacherExperience in the industry for a little over 20 years, started as a dreadmaker in the distant 99, by intuition. Logical ways came to the ability to make dense smooth dreadlocks with a hook.
Worked a lot on shoots, where you need to quickly change and think over the images, reacting to the process.
Came to color coloring about 8 years ago, when really bright direct dyes appeared in Rf.
Since I'm a nerd and a nerd, I got to understand the dyes, processes deeper.
I worked with many rock musicians, artists, and public figures as a stylist.
I have three children, so I explain a lot of information in a simple and accessible way:)
